Race Against the Clock
The morning started fast. Before the doors opened, the team had a narrow window to capture clean, people-free shots of the show floor and exhibitor booths. Wide floor shots, custom exhibit details, expo entrance angles—all captured before the first attendee walked through the doors.
Then the doors opened, and the energy shifted completely.
The Show Floor Comes Alive
Once attendees arrived, the coverage pivoted to capturing the action. Natural conversation moments, handshakes, clients interacting at booth displays—the kind of authentic activity that makes trade show photography compelling. Custom exhibits from companies like Humigent AI, Impetus Technologies, ProcDNA, and SpaceLiintech provided visually interesting focal points throughout the floor.

Beyond photography, Scott Spitzer Photography delivered cinematic video coverage designed for a highlight reel. The footage flows from venue exterior arrival shots through the pre-function welcome signage and into the show floor. It was a seamless visual narrative of the full event experience. AEX now has both edited highlight clips and raw footage assets for future content use.
The client was thrilled with the results. For a national general service contractor like AEX, having polished photo and video assets from their events helps showcase their capabilities to future clients across the country.
